Hi there! I hope U had a nice "busy-clicking"-week-end :)Honestly your blog is - after almost 4 years - still one of the two blogs (with Tommy's 'This is naive') I can go to every day without being bored (or forced into buying something lol), and last but not least it keeps my love for London alive ;) So thanks for that!
You have no idea how much I appreciate reading that - I'm so honoured Pekiye! Blogland - well, this space anyway, haha - was a much livelier place four years ago (I blame the great and annoying things that are smart phones), and at times it feels like I'm sending off my pictures into a void, so it's lovely to know you still enjoy them after all these years. My favourite blog that I read got killed off a couple of years ago and I still miss it. And thanks for sending me over to Tommy's blog, I hadn't visited in a while, and it's nice to see she hasn't changed her content either :) Have a great rest of the week!
I can't imagine not having your blog around but most important is that you never feel forced to post. The quality of your posts, even if they are not wrapped up in all sorts of stories or are not that frequent, compensate for it. I am really appreciative of what you share with us, the consistence, coherence and the simplicity of it all. Initially it's only snapshots from s.o.'s daily life but it's also art (when talent is involved of course), discovery of places, etc. It's a window to look out of, sometimes a door to escape from the humdrum of life.So you see, a 'small' blog with a big effect :) It's always a pleasure to come here, merci beaucoup! Have a great rest of the week, too!
Awww, you're making me blush! I'm so happy that you think my pictures are that window, that escape. I know exactly what you mean and feel the same way about others, but to think that someone thinks the same about mine is humbling. Thank you Pekiye for your generous words and I hope I can maintain the standard you appreciate :)
