Looking to the West






Half-way through brushing my teeth last night I had to go grab my camera; I think the volcanic ash cloud over Iceland might have helped making the sunset something extra special.

    wow, spectacular! hard to believe these were all taken during the same sunset. no volcanic ash here yet, but these almost make me hope for some :)

    I have ash envy. Lovely. The pink cloud makes me think of a book I had when young about scooping clouds with long spoons.

    beautiful shots. it was other worldly down with us, too. absolutely the only good thing about the ash cloud is the amazing sunsets it brings!
