This year's Serpentine Pavilion by Sou Fujimoto is great. Although of the ones I've been to, this is still my fave. Go and have a look if you're in town; the last day is October 20.

A summer haircut

My heart melts every time I see this picture. I've taken a series of pictures every time Oomoo gets his hair cut (by his dad). It'll be fun to look back at them in years to come!

One July evening we went to an eight year old's birthday party in our local park - and of course I brought my camera.

A July wedding in eight pictures

My sister-in-law and my niece, on our way to the ceremony.

Afterwards there were hugs and smiles.

There was a fancy dress corner at the reception. The best idea ever.

In the heat we sought shade - it was crazy hot!

It was the kid-friendliest wedding I've ever been to. The gang of cousins had loads of fun.

The cook and her team got a "thank you" during the speeches.

The bride and the bride looked beautiful. So happy for these two.
