A little bit of this and a little bit of that

Had a planned shopping mission yesterday (cardigans and jumpers) but instead I got a blouse and a knitted hood. I just couldn't find what I needed so the hunt continues. It was still nice to wander round the West End with my fellow though!

  1. Hehe jeg har også altid en tendens til at købe andet eller mere end det jeg var ude efter :P Good luck with the hunt

-rätta takter när planen inte går som man tänkt sig! men se vad fint det blev ändå! jättefint! den knittade hooden gör mig lite avis nu när jag precis ska gå utomhus.
blev det nåt tea, coffee cakes eller muffins?

  8. about taking pictures, and having "the funny eye", don't you fell like it's a curse sometimes ? like you see funny/pretty/interesting details everywhere, and you HAVE to take a picture ?

  10. trupeach & flora d: thank you!

alice: I think for the hubby or whoever I'm with it's a curse, we'll be walking along and usually when someone's in the middle of saying something to me I veer off somewhere to take a picture. I won't even say "excuse me a sec!", I can be terrible company... but I see it as a blessing everytime, it's like being on a treasure hunt everyday, it's just so much fun!

    sandra: wow, gula strumpbyxor! perfekt!

  11. i see what you mean, i do think it's a blessing/gift.
it's just that some days, i wish i could "turn it off" cause when you "see things" other people don't, it gets tiring or kind of mini-obsessive.. these days i decided to force myself not to carry my camera around, to take an "eye break" result : not working, i spend my evenings trying new things/effect with my polaroid cameras in the flat.. hmm

  12. alice: you see! you can't stifle that need to take pictures, it'll come out somehow anyway. I could never NEVER leave home without a camera, I'd get so angry with myself if I then missed something amazing (but then what I think is amazing is another story altogether). so get you camera back in your bag and just go with it ;)
